Miguel has just arrived at the State and was welcomed by teacher Heidi Ganser students. Here he is enjoying a local trip with the student Jack Baer.
This blog was created years ago to share teaching experiences and also help my students with suggestions of interesting sites to enjoy and learn. Things have changed a little since my retirement in 2015, but life is inspiring and I keep writing. You're welcome.

Students from 5th A, B and C are preparing their first media work. Last Friday 13, groups focused on selecting relevant themes to start their work. They have also watched several AYV productions from Brazil and other countries to get inspired. Our school has joined the project in 2011. You can check our production on https://www.youtube.com/user/MsRoseGimenes/featured?view_as=public

Welcome to Brasil! OB and Skippy!
Our kids are happy with their new friends. OB, the eagle, comes from United States and Skippy, the Kangaroo comes from Australia. Next week they will attend lessons with the kids and visit their families.
Welcome to Brasil, OB!
Say hello to Skippy!
Skippy was sent to us by teacher Ross Mackenzie from Orbost Victoria, Australia.
