APPLE CAKE


INGREDIENTS
2 cups of flour
3 diced apples with peel
½ cup of oil
2 cups of sugar
3 eggs
1 tbspoon of baking powder
1 tbspoon of cinnamon
PREPARATION
1- Mix all the liquid ingredients, sugar and flour.
2- Add the diced apples and cinnamon.
3- Pour the mixture into a greased and floured cake tin.
4- Bake the mixture in preheated oven for 35 to 40 minutes.
USEFUL TIPS
Perfect with tea or coffee!
 
You can use integral flour if you prefer.
 
You can add raisin and nuts to the mixture before baking.
 
You can use honey instead of sugar.

Natural ingredients.
 
Stimulates using fruit and nuts in your diet.
CONSIDERINGS
Ask permission before use the knife and the oven.
 
Clean your kitchen after using it.
