ALMOST READY

Fofo and Miguel have a busy  life here as they are getting ready to meet their friends in Australia and United States. Yesterday, kids prepared beautiful drawings to send with them. We hope our friends there will enjoy.

From Brazil to Lebanon

We have worked very hard since the beginning of the year by reading and replying our Lebanese friends letters. Today was a very special day, 5th A,B and C students studied their texts and some of them read their letters aloud. We hope teacher Natasha Habli and her students enjoy it.

Itaquerão: Arena Corínthians!

Mahee spent her last Saturday in São Paulo visiting Itaquerão Stadium - Arena Corínthians together with her friend Neymar Pinheiro who has just returned from Pakistan. Unfortunately, we couldn't visit the stadium inside but we took great pictures anyway. 

When we get to Itaquera tube station there is a small memorial to Corínthians soccer team.

After have watched a short video they went to the stadium.

It takes a 15 minute walk from the tube station to the arena.

 Many tourists were disappointed because they coudn't take pictures inside the stadium and there was nobody there to give us information.

 But we enjoyed our trip. Back to the other side of the station there was an exhibition about a very popular TV presenter in Brasil, he is called Silvio Santos and several caricatures were on display to the public.

That was the end of our trip and Mahee's staying in Brazil. She is returning to Pakistan this week. If you like football we found a page you might find it interesting to take a look.
